I'm new at Statuspage and I wanna ask about my metrics

Hey, I'm new at Statuspage and just wanna ask, are my metrics always up-to-date/real-time?

It really sucks if I keep open my browser and clicking "Update Metrics Display" every single time.

Is there any way to keep it updated every 5 minutes or any?

Do you mean 'System Metrics'? If so, these will be up-to-date automatically providing the source is updating. If it's not system metrics, could you please confirm where you are looking?
