AWS elastictranscoder-us-east-1 shows an outage, but AWS status is all green

Can anyone explain the "AWS elastictranscoder-us-east-1" service in Statuspage? It's showing an outage, but AWS says everything is fine. And I assume this is actually MediaConvert, correct?

Hi @Sam Hulick 

I am unable to replicate this one as I would need to be connected to this third party service to view the outages on my Statuspage. The best approach here would be submitting a support ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/ and we will be able to continue a more detailed investigation behind this one!
