Change Impact in Email Notifications

Hello, 

Any way to change from the standard color indicated in email notifications to call out Critical, Major, or Minor? And is there a way to rename them?

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team and thanks for reaching out about customizing your email notifications. Unfortunately, that is not a feature we currently have, however, we do have a feature request created for this to add some customization functionality. We're still waiting to get more people to show interest in a feature like this but we are aware there is some interest. Thanks for sharing your ask with us. We really appreciate it.
