Hey I put in a few tickets to migrate my public page to an audience specific page and was told that the Customer Advocate Team would reach out to me to work out the details but they never did. I tried updating the ticket several times but get no response. I tried putting in a fresh ticket a week ago and still haven't heard anything.
Is there any way to escalate this ticket and get this done? or does someone have a contact email to the Customer Advocate Team so I can reach out directly?
