Hi, I'm contacting you from the UK where we have just had (as of - 25/07/2025) Age verification - implemented by the Kier Starmer Government.
Here in the UK, I was referred to the organization Yoti.com where i understood that I could quickly resolve this ''verification'' issue. Approximately 36+ hours ago I eventually received Auto-email response from Yoti regarding their 24/7 customer services team - stating that a ''Information Specialist'' would reach out to me - asap. Yesterday they were completely max'd out - as the verification system introduced was not ideal or set-up to the demands put on the Yoti operating system's framework. In one auto-email I received a link & was instructed to make contact - this I did & it showed me that Atlassian was the referral's destination. There I followed a online pathway to a free account registration However I am unclear as to why I have been directed to the Atlassian Community via Yoti's information link that passed me onto your organization
I would be grateful therefore, if you could contact/advise me as to why Yoti's instructed me to you. I am totally confused here at this time.
For the record I am a UK citizen from birth - DOB 27/11/1958 - 66 years of age. Help plz!
Thank you for your anticipated co-operation in addressing this matter.
Kind Regards - Adrian C Kimberley (email:-ackimberley@outlook.com).
Hi there Adrian,
Thank you for writing into Atlassian Statuspage Community!
I can't speak to the first part of your post here, but I suspect you've been routed here because Yoti.com uses Atlassian Statuspage to host their status.
I can confirm (as you deliberated) that we're not able to assist with anything to do with Yoti at all.
I suspect you will need to get help from them via the resources they've provided here: https://support.yoti.com/yotisupport/s/
I wish I could be of more help here, but as you've noted Atlassian Community isn't really the place to get help with a non-Atlassian product!
Hope you can get the help you need from Yoti! Also I wanted to mention - this is a public forum, so you may like to remove your PII (DOB, email address and citizenship status) from this post.
Kind regards,
Talar
