Hey Mohammed,

Thanks for reaching out to the community about your Statuspage inquiry.

In order to obtain a subscriber list for each component in Statuspage, you will need to ensure that "enable component subscriptions" is enabled on your account as mentioned in our article here. Keep in mind this is only available to business plans or higher.

Once that has been enabled, you can export the subscribers from your Statuspage and in the CSV file it should list what components a subscriber has been subscribed to. For example:

I hope this helps point you in the right direction. Please let us know if you have any further questions we can assist on.

Kind regards,
Russell

@Russell Chee is there a feature request to update the CSV file to include the ID's of the components? Or is there a way to do this export with the API? I see there is an "Incident Subscribers" section but that's only for pulling those who are subscribing to individual incidents.

Reason I am asking - The current CSV export format isn't friendly for doing a bulk import adjusting users subscriptions. Have to get the ID's for the components and reformat the export before importing.

Goal being something similar to the Jira Software CSV export where it's in the same format needed for doing an Import
