Can Statuspage Email Notication Template Designs be Customized?

Hello,

I have a few questions about Statuspage email notifications.

1. Other than email notifications on incidents and outages, can Statuspage also be used to send a broader scope of email notifications (e.g.  general product announcements, release info, updates, etc.). Are there predefined categories on what types of email notifications can be sent?
2. By default, would the various types of email notifications all use the same standard template design such as that shown at the bottom of this page (see the “Site Instability” example) Statuspage Notification Guide | Atlassian
3. Can the email notification template design be customized? For example, can a custom logo, banner, and footer be added along with a title, subtitle, and body fields with specific fonts?

For the first query related to using Statuspage for product announcements or other related communications, Please note that Statuspage is a communication tool that helps you inform your users about outages and scheduled maintenance. The product design focuses mainly on this aspect of the product and you can further review the video to understand what Statuspage is and is used for.

For the query with Statuspage email communication Statuspage allows you to modify the look and feel of your notification emails. You can follow the detailed documentation to further understand/configure the Email notifications customize.
