Customize Statuspage

I am new to Statuspage. I am using an Enterprise subscription and trying to customize the page with our logo, etc. From the "Customization" page, when I click on the "upload image", the page freezes indifferently. What am I doing wrong?

What file type and image size are you uploading? The recommended file size is 630px x 420px.

I am using a .jpg and .png file types and have resized the pics to different scales below 630x420 to no avail. I did notice that I can upload the same files from my personal laptop (really bad resolution but it worked). So I am thinking there maybe a security setting configured by my organization security to block this action.

I only get an error when i try to upload a logo. The file type is .png and the size is 256 x 347 px. It only pops up a red line stating error. Can you please help?

Can you please open a support ticket so we can test with the same file you're using?
