Hi, I want to ask if we need both private and public page do we need to subscribe to both plan or private plan comes with public page feature as well?
Hi Indra,
The pages are really separate. You choose private, public or audience specific. Each come with their own pricing.
When you already have a page you can add a new page. It will be created as a trial and then you can decide to keep it by paying a subscription.
Ok, the requirements is to have both customer facing and private for internal stakeholders.
In that case, are you recommending us to have both public + private plan or we can use audience specific plan?

I'm not sure, it depends on what you are looking for exactly. Take a look at what an audience specific page is for: Statuspage Audience-Specific Pages & Customizations | Statuspage
If you need one part to be public then you will need a public + private plan yes.
