Removing "Manage your Subscription" from emails

We want to tailor exactly which components our subscribers get from status page.  Is it possible to remove the "Manage your subscription" buttons from the email notifications so that it cannot be changed from that point?

This has been answered by Atlassian:

"We strongly recommend against using distribution lists for subscriptions. The reason is that any recipient on the distribution list would have the unsubscribe button, and clicking it would remove the entire distro list just as you stated.
