StatusPage App logo is not rendering the default color

JP Encarnacion April 30, 2025

I'm seeking input on why the StatusPage App renders a yellow logo (instead of the default blue/green).

We have 4 pages under one StatusPage project, and one of the pages has an open incident. The issue is that the browser tabs also show this yellow icon for the rest of the unaffected pages, and a handful of our customers see it as a sign that our platform's services are degraded.

The open incident in one of the pages should not affect all of the pages under the project, correct? (at least I hope it's not configured that way)

Note - I'm not the account admin, so I can't see all of the settings available, however, I'm working with my internal team to resolve this issue asap.

Below are 2 different pages with no open incidents rendering the yellow icon:

Hi @JP Encarnacion

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

As part of Atlassian Team 25 announcements, Statuspage and some other Atlassian products had their logo updated to match the Atlassian System of Work. This is why the new Statuspage.io logo is now Yellow.

There is a possible solution which is customizing your page's favicon.

Here is how to do it:

  • Go to Your Statuspage Admin

  • Navigate to Customize > Branding

  • Find the “Favicon” upload section

  • Upload your custom .ico or .png file (usually 16x16 or 32x32 pixels).

  • Save Changes

Best Regards,
Eugenio
