How do I update a few words in an existing template?
If I can't update the template, how do I delete one to add a correct one?

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community! To change templates, you would need to go to Incidents > Templates and then click on the template you're looking to edit. You must have edit permissions for templates and that's determined by the role you have:

If you can't edit templates, you may not have the correct role. Hopefully, this helps point you in the right direction.
