Schedule Maintenance Notifications

Is there a way to not send out a notification as soon as the maintenance is scheduled?  For example, I would like to schedule a full year's worth of monthly events (create 12 unique maintenance events), but only have notifications sent 24 hours and 1 hour before the maintenance starts.

Is this possible or do I have to wait and create one each month the day before the planned maintenance?

Hi David,

The notifications that are sent out immediately when a new maintenance event is scheduled can be disabled by unchecking the 'send notifications' checkbox. You can then choose to only send notifications an hour before maintenance start and at the start of the maintenance by leaving the "At the start time" and "An hour before" boxes checked.
