Statuspage subscription email doesn't include the link for outlook clients

The email that gets sent when you sign up requires you to click a green "confirm" button to receive updates from the status page.  In a couple of accounts that use Outlook, there is no green confirmation button or link so they are unable to complete the sign-up process.

Is this a known issue?

I know of this happening in Outlook as well. Do not know what the solution is.
