Switching from the Trial to a private page or Free Plan

Hi, I am currently on the trial public page plan and would like to switch to either a private plan or the free plan.

A couple of questions

1. Private Page - It mentions that authenticated users can view private pages. Communicate privately with internal employees or selected customers. Can those customers be external?

2. What happens to the existing subscribers? Are they ported across or do they get lost?

Hello Darren,

Private pages only allow the SSO viewing type. This is restricted to a single SSO provider, meaning you can't have your page working for internal and external users, unless these external users can be added to your application SSO group.

Subscribers aren't changed. The only exception to the subscriber change is when switching between an Audience-Specific type and another type.
