Update Component Position inside Component Group

I'm trying to update component position inside component group and I'm getting "error": "Unrecognized component parameters: position".

In the Manage Webpage seems to have a GraphQL function that allows to do this, are you going to release this through HTTP Rest API? OR is it possible alreayd? what is the payload?
