Only three of our phones have our usual status of "status: available / reachable by phone" with the green dot.
The majority of of phones have "status: offline / reachable by phone" with a blue dot. We are able to place calls within the building and externally. As far as we can tell it isn't affecting our usage.

I think you might be in the wrong place. We're here to talk Atlassian stuff. I suspect your 'phone provider may be using an Atlassian system for support or documentation, and you've clicked for "help with Atlassian", instead of "support with actual system"
