When attempting to upload subscribers with a '.csv file, the process hangs and does not complete. The following errors are seen when trying to upload the subscriber list template.

Please include the CSV you are attempting to import so we can take a look into that. More often than not the import issues are related to the specific CSV being used.

"I can see the 404 error that you initially sent over. It looks like your network is blocking the upload to the filepicker API. I suggest that you contact your IT team and see if they can help you unblock it from your network."
