Hey Tessa,
I am facing the same problem when creating my status page under the free plan.
Please find screenshots attached:
Q. What are you trying to accomplish?
Ans. - I am trying to setup my status page to show the uptime and incident history of my public APIs to my users.
Q. What did you already try?
Ans - I tried to follow the steps to create my status page
Q. Expected result vs actual result
Ans - The expected result was that I would get my status page created, and I could learn about the features. The actual result is that the creation page is broken, and it's throwing the error "Organization does not need name set" when creating my status page.

Hi @Philip Lynggaard Meldrum and @Prakarsh Anand ,
I just tried the same thing as you did.
The first time I entered a name, it looked like the page just refreshed.
Then I tried again thinkg it was a glitch, and I got the same error as you.
However, if I then drop everything from the URL and just go to https://manage.statuspage.io/
I could see the page had initially been created.
Can you check if this worked for you too?
If this doesn't work (assuming you already have an Atlassian organisation), you can always start from admin and then add a product, this works fine too I see.
I forwarded this to Atlassian so they can check what's happening with the error and weird message.
kr,
Tessa
