Talent is Generally Available in Strategy Collection!

We are thrilled to welcome Talent to the Atlassian Strategy Collection! Previously announced in early access at Team '25, Atlassian Talent is a knowledge workforce planning app built for leaders who need to align their people with their most important priorities.

Put the right people on the right priorities:

1. Plan and design their workforce: Talent allows leaders to zoom out to assess the composition of their workforce so they can design it for current and future needs. At a glance, leaders can see if teams have the right position type ratios, skills, and geographic distribution.
   
   
2. Map talent to strategy: If leaders want to dive a level deeper, they can toggle between views to see all positions, positions by reporting line, or positions by focus areas. The last view is perhaps the most exciting. Once leaders establish focus areas in Atlassian Focus, also part of the Strategy Collection, Talent will show them who is supporting each strategic initiative. This means they can rest assured the right people are working on the most important work.
   
   
3. Make confident decisions faster: Talent makes it easier for leaders to see what projects are at risk and implement a solution with confidence. The app surfaces actionable insights about positions and how they do (or don’t) map to strategic priorities. If a project requires a specific skill set, leaders can search for individuals who match that profile and then reallocate them in a few clicks.
