For dashboards that aren't currently available in Jira, I've found it helpful to utilize the direct connection to Tableau to display Jira data just how I want it. I haven't explored publishing back into Jira but that's on my to-do list.
@Haunani Nakabara do you have an details on how you setup the connection between Tableau and Jira. I need to do the same thing.
