I think all 4 plays are really valuable to shape a team and to work effectively. Particularly for my team at the moment Roles and Responsibilities would be really good. The team is a new and some people are added to team from other departments. In the existing team also there were some gaps about some responsibilities. I believe it would be a perfect approach to focus on roles and responsibilities and have a common understanding.

My team could benefit from running the Roles and Responsibilities play so that we can get clarity and alignment on who does what on the team. We'll follow the instructions provided in the playbook but will probably use a digital whiteboard instead of a confluence page.
My small 4 person team in the PMO office of an IT department would greatly benefit from running the Team Poster play. We would benefit from running all of the plays, but we would need to begin with the Team Poster since I am a relatively new hire, and it appears to be unclear to everyone on the team what our function and goals are as a unit, and how we should be interacting with the other teams across the divisions.
I'm looking forward to applying the roles and responsibilities template and table as I think it will allow my team and I to establish shared expectations and responsibilities so everyone is on the same page. It will also allow us to stay on track and see the progress we have made.
I want to run in my small team the Roles and Responsibilities Play. I think this is going to be beneficial to the team, relationship with the others and allow us to deliver our work more efficiently.
