What are your team’s biggest workplace challenges? Is it getting everyone on the same page? Finding the right information? Or even keeping track of great ideas?

Confluence is on a mission to set knowledge free. We recently partnered with Tom Fishburne, The Marketoonist, to create custom cartoons that poke fun at some of these daily “workplace joys” and highlight how Confluence helps overcome many of these team challenges. 😆

The whiteboard one especially resonated with me – I often write an idea down somewhere and then can’t find it again. Having them all in one spot (to then turn into action) is such a game-changer!

@Haunani Nakabara took mine right away! As an Admin I deal with the You Need Access issue all day - usually in Confluence due to Space Owners spacing out! 

Overall though, the searching for the right tab marketoon is the one that hits me hardest.

Getting everyone on the same page is key when it comes to planning out projects and tasks.  If you're going to have a repeatable process, everyone needs to know where the guiding documents and then stick to them.  Making cross-team decisions is easier if the different teams are all using the same source of truth for processes, proceedures, designs, specs, etc.

I think I would go with Finding the tab. It's amazing how even a small company can sock things away in various places that you need to know exist before it occurs to you to look there.

Ha! all these are great.  I do need to train my dog to find the right tab.  It's usually only after I open a new tab and go to the site I was looking for that I find the original tab already opened to what I needed.
