How to subscribe to another team confluence

Hello, currently we work with several teams which are not from our company. Each team has its own confluence, which is constantly updated. 

How can we set up our confluence in such a way that we will receive the actual version and update notification from our collaborators?

when teamB makes some update to docs, teamA receives automatic update

However, team A are not recognized as users on the instance of team B?

yes, there are not invited to each other instances

That being the case they won't be notified in the way you intend. The notifications system will only allow you to receive notifications about updates/changes happening on instances you have access to.

There is a workaround, however, it requires a shared Slack channel that both teams can see.  You can set up a slack alert to update when a confluence page is updated - if you have a shared slack channel, they will see the notifications. 

If you don't have a shared slack instance, you can leverage Zapier (or something similar, like "IFFTT") to detect email notifications from Confluence that matches a certain pattern (like title), and then have <something> happen to inform the other team.
