AUG Members, Linda and Sandra shared their personal experiences of Euro Summit. This was their first Summit for them, and they both gave it high scores for content, sessions and great food!
Simon Herd from ThinkTilt (Australia) shared a great presentation on Service Desk for business teams and showed off their app: proforma.
