How do I update a typo on my profile in the Atlassian certification portal

My name got misspelled in my profile on the certification profile. The field is disabled on the profile page. How do I correct it?

Hello @Jennifer Choban , simply submit a request to us at http://go.atlassian.com/certsupport along with a copy of your identification (drivers' license, passport.)
