Why Atlassian Cloud Overview course is duplicated?

Hi everyone,

I'm going through Cloud Migration Sales Accreditation e-learning courses at Enablement Academy site.  

Although I passed Atlassian Cloud Overview course on December 30, 2024, I have to start a exact same Course again (the the 2nd screenshot).

Who can tell me why? Thanks!

If you have already completed a section but your progress isn't being updated, please report this as a problem to Atlassian - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ 

As you say, you shouldn't be prompted to complete the same modules if they are already done.
