Go through it thoroughly and pay attention to each and every topic discussed in this course especially on functionalities you work with less often .

In addition to this,

• Make sure you have a good understanding of how Jira operates without any marketplace application installed.
• You should have deep understanding of a Jira admin's responsibilities.
• Jira Documentation is your best friend. Check it out for any topic which you are less familiar with.
• Pay attention on JQL, Reports, various schemes, board configurations.
