In my colleague's account, card comments appear in a separate column on the back of each card, and I would like to have the same for mine. How do I turn it on?

Your colleague has been randomly selected to see the new card back design that we are experimenting with. It isn't something we can turn on for you specifically. But assuming our iterations on the design go well, this is something that will be available to everyone eventually.
