I would love being able to plan tasks in 15-minute increments vs. 30-minute increments. I know I can adjust it once I actually click on the task, but this process requires quite a lot of effort / isn't user-friendly. Is it planned that this aspect will be improved? This, and the ability to see label colors in the calendar view, are a must for me to continue using the calendar. Else, I'd consider switching back to Planyways. Could you please advise me if these features are part of the Beta roadmap? Thank you!
Hi @Sven Göpfrich!
Appreciate the feedback! 15 minute increment are something we are looking into. Hope to have an update for you soon.
Could you elaborate on what you mean by "see label colors in the calendar view"?
Hi Alexandros, when I schedule a Trello Focus Time, the default color is purple, irrespective of the task for which I am scheduling the focus time. It would be visually easier to digest what I spend my time on if the Focus Time sessions default to the label color. In my case, I use blue for personal finance tasks, purple for work tasks, etc.
Another challenge is that Trello only has view access to my Google calendar. Therefore, I need to always use two tools to track how I spend my time. Say a meeting scheduled for 2 hours finished after 1 hour, and I want to spend that time focusing on something else. I now need to go to the integrated Google calendar, adjust the meeting time, and then back to Trello and schedule a focus time.
Others have also already mentioned automation in the new planner and inbox context. I agree; this would be really helpful. For example, when scheduling tasks for a focus session, I'd love it if that task automatically gets moved into my column "Today."
Could you let me know which of these features are already being considered?

I would also like to be able to view and edit Google events (e.g., meetings that go over or run short). Currently, I need to use two tools (Trello and Google Calendar) to manage my calendar.
