Plans to incorporate the new Planner into Mobile?

I am really loving the new Planner feature and I'm wondering if a mobile experience is on the roadmap. I love that the Inbox is there already, and I hope that Planner is coming?

Also, I just want to clarify something for myself so that I don't perpetuate any misinformation. The new productivity tools (Inbox/Planner, etc.) will be rolling out to all users, correct? Not just those in paid plans?

New features like Inbox, Planner, Quick Capture, Mobile widgets etc. will be available to all users (including free users), however, some advanced capabilities will be limited to paid users only.
