I have multiple email addresses in my company, I would like the emails that are routed to the bulletin board to come from multiple email accounts (e.g. aruba web mail and gmail). Is this possible? I would like the IN BOX feature to not only receive emails to my bulletin board from the email address associated with my Trello account, but also from other email accounts that I use in the company. Anyone who has already tried the new feature let me know if this is possible? Thank you
Hey @Roberto! If you go to your inbox settings, you'll have the option to generate a personalized email address to your inbox that would allow you to capture all your content in your inbox using different email addresses, as shown on this screenshot below:
Try it out! I hope that helps!
I will preface this by saying that the new IN BOX feature, has not yet been enabled for me, so I do not know in detail how it works. The procedure you proposed, I apply it when I have to send emails and by copy I would like them to be addressed to my bulletin board. However, this is a step that I do voluntarily by sending the email to my bulletin board which has its own particular email address.
With the IN BOX feature that will soon be released for all premium accounts, will the emails that I receive in my mail account, automatically receive them in my Trello bulletin board? This is still a step that I don't quite understand.

@Sal Thanks for showing this! I wondered how it might be possible to share emails into Trello if they weren't already in the same email that I have tied to Trello. This is a great pro tip!

Hi @Roberto, just to clarify, the Inbox will be a free feature. Emailing cards to your Inbox will work similarly to emailing cards to boards now—you would still need to either manually forward the emails or set up automatic forwarding in your email client (if permitted by your organization).
