Annual Planning... but make it Trello :)

Happy "circle back in the new year" time to those who celebrate! 🎉

This time of year, I love to reflect on the past year and plan for the next. Like many of us who are productivity and organization enthusiasts haha. 

Of courseeee I have a Trello board for this (you're not shocked, I know). I found a great annual review and planning process in a google doc, and while that worked, we know I love my boards, so I moved it all over. 

It works pretty simply, each card is a prompt for reflection and planning. You go through each list, and grab a card and answer the prompt.

I find it so helpful to guide my process and help me document it. Plus, it's really cool to go back and re-read it at the end of the year. 

I'm doing something new this year where I'm not only sharing the template, but also leading a workshop going through the process! I'm leading it on this upcoming Saturday, December 14th, at 11am ET, but will be recording it so folks can watch after the fact if they can't make it live.
