We have a collaborator and under the settings it shows he can view the boards. However he cannot.
Hes always been able to view boards in the past and we are trying to figure out the technical solutions.

Does the user see any error message when trying to access the board? If so, could you please provide us with a screenshot? Additionally, please send us their username.
