Access Issue with Main Trello Account

Estamos enfrentando um problema com nosso ambiente de trabalho no Trello. O login principal que usamos é @hired , mas ele era gerenciado anteriormente por alguém que não faz mais parte da equipe. Infelizmente, ninguém mais tem acesso às credenciais de login e não conseguimos recuperá-las.

Por isso, não podemos:

  • Adicionar novos membros ao espaço de trabalho

  • Atualize do Standard para o Pro usando nossa conta de usuário atual

Precisamos urgentemente de acesso a esta conta principal ou de orientação sobre como recuperar o controle do espaço de trabalho.

Hi @Analia Cristina de Souza Cruz - welcome to the Community!

Are you able to reach out to your internal IT team and ask them to give you access to the work email of the user who is your Standard Workspace admin and no longer with your company? If you get this access, you can then:

  1. Head to https://trello.com/forgot and set a new password for this account with their old work email
  2. Then, log in with their old work email and the new password you set at https://trello.com/login
  3. Afterwards, you can head to your Standard Workspace and make yourself an admin of the Workspace, so that you can add new members and upgrade to Premium

If you need further assistance, let me know and I can escalate this to our support team if need be! We want to make sure you get back into your upgraded Workspace and are able to upgrade ASAP.

Dear Alex,

Thank you for your support. The issue is that we don’t have access to the email address associated with the master user account. All we have is the username @hired. I tried using the former employee’s email, but it appears that it's not linked to this account.

Is there a way for us to identify the registered email address so we can proceed with resetting the password?

Can you send me through the username of the account - is the username actually @hired?
