We have been using Trello and for some reason, one of our users logs into the app but the boards do not appear. It says “Looks like there aren’t any boards that fit this filter”.
How might I fix this??

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing? There are a few places where filters might be active, and I'm guessing one of those is preventing them from seeing your boards.
It's also possible that they logged in with the wrong account, which would make them unable to see your boards as well.
If you can get us a bit more information, such as which app they're using to log in, we can try figuring out how to fix this!
