Add a duration for a specific task

Hi all, 

I search for a tool/app allowing to determinate the duration for each card.

For instance, a card to manage ticket support, add not a deadline but the duration required of 1hour.

This in order to be able to have a visual of the time spent / necessary to carry out all the tasks during a day via the calendar app.

Thks for your answer, however, add a supplemantary mention using this custom task do not allow to manage the duration for each task and caculate total hours available or busy per day.

Indeed the mention for instance 1H is not linked for a real duration into the calendar.

Like meetings to organize when we are free according the slots created.

In parralele, I continue to search into the power up place
