Adding card via 'share', with selected 'board' can I select 'new list' if not added in advance?

When trying to add a new trello card from a browser or other app via 'share', after selecting a board, sometimes there is no appropriate list to select from the available combo of lists.  A quick solution seems to be to select any list as a temporary measure, then separately go to trello later to create a new list and move the temorarily created new card from the selected temporary list, to the new correct list.  It would be so nice to save time by having an option 'new list' in the lists combo, to complete all of this quickly in a two-part transaction.

So just wondered if this has been discussed before and if not, how it might be considered for a future enhancement.

Hi there,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community! 🙂

I see where you're coming from and would vouch for that feature. But as you've correctly mentioned, it isn’t available within Trello right now. I’ll pass your interest in this on to our team for consideration—let me know if there's any additional info you'd like for me to send their way!

If you are curious about how our team decides which requests we work on, we have published a blog post with detailed information on this process here: https://blog.trello.com/feature-requests-unite-support-and-product
