Additional Features for Lean Canvas Trello Power-Up

I adore the set up of the Lean Canvas power-up, but the preset titles are not applicable to the type of work I desire to categorize.  How easy would it be to have the power-up edited to allow for custom titles?? Custom boxes sizes would be amazing as well, but that does seem to be a bit more work.  I attempted to contact the original developer, but I have not gotten a response.  This power-up would really help out my company with custom titles!  Thanks for any assistance!
