Advanced lists filter

Andrea Rin August 13, 2018

I have many users in my board, about 20, and each one of them has a list on the board. Is there a filter option so that each one of them can filter specific lists of interest for them? For examplo, one user will only focus in 3 lists, is there a way that he can display only those 3 lists?

Hi Julie

You can accomplish this by using labels.  You should create a label for each user (example: Green label named John".  Then apply the green "John" label to each of John's cards.

The user can then filter the board by their label, and only their cards will display

Thank you Matthew. That works but it is still showing me all the lists, no matter if there is nothing in there.

Do you have any other suggestion??

It won't completely hide the lists, but it will roll up any cards and not display any that don't meet the filter criteria.
