We are new to trello.
I would like to use it in the best possible way:
We have created a card for each our customer and these cards are filled with all the customer requirements:
- Dates when he or she would like to travel
- Names, number of persons traveling, and their meal plan preference
- Notes etc...
1.) I would need to organize these cards according to there dates of departure. From the closest dates until the furthest dates
2.) Also, try to organize it in a manner of IMPORTANCE. Which is the most important request and which needs to be solved asap
3.) I would need to organize the trello cards in a vertical manner. Is this possible?
I would also appreciate all your suggestions on how can we use trello card in the best way possible with our bookings. For your better understanding, we are starting a travel agency organizing holidays to the Maldives.
