After changing the nickname, its old version is displayed

On the trello board, I asked one of the participants to change her nickname. She changed and showed me screenshots that her nickname has changed. However, i still see her old nickname like she didnt change it.

Who knows what i need to do to start see her new nickname?

Hi! Actually same error occurred also in my phone trello application.

More over, some members of my team changed their nicknames and it was successful. Now I see their new versions of nicknames. And only with one person that doesn't work.
