All my boards, cards and work have been wiped. How do I reinstate them?

I've not logged in for several weeks but just logged in now to find all my work has disappeared.  Clicking around the site confirms that there's nothing there.  How do I retrieve all my previous work?

is it possible that you are logged on a different account? Do you still have a URL of a Trello board on your browser history to share with us?
