All team members made into admins?

Hello, i recently noticed that i am unable to change my team members access on Trello. It would seem all team members have been set to Admin, consequently allowing them to make changes to their time-tracking within Trello. There should only be one admin on the board, myself, with all team members as contributors. I can't figure out how to do this, can anyone advise?

This was working perfectly only last month now its all gone weird?
