Earlier this week, I received this message from a board I rely upon:
[Trello board] is closed. You’re a member of this board, but only board admins are able to reopen it. Please contact support for assistance.
My former colleague no longer has access to the company account. What can I do to restore my access?

I am raising a support ticket to assist you further with this issue. Mostly, we are seeing reports that when the admin's account was deleted due to inactivity, it led to the board's closure. We are working on this and will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
