Any way to get a link on the front of the card?

I'm looking for a way to get a link on the front of the card that will navigate to the link instead of opening the card when clicked. I tried the custom fields power-up, but no luck. Is this possible to do in a power-up?

I found this chrome extension to enable markdown in the title. It didn't support links, but I sent a PR to allow that. Not ideal since I like to use the Trello app, but it'll work for now.
