Setup the Outlook 365 Add-In to create new cards in Trello from emails. When the card is created, it doesn't pull the attachment with it - the size is under 10 MB. Does anyone know why this isn't happening and some potential workarounds?
Appreciate any help I can get.
Hello,
I'm also curious if the outlook addin allows attachments to be saved with the new card generated from outlook?
All the emails that have attachments that are saved in trello do not have an attachment. Is this a bug or isn';t this funtionality available?
We're using a Microsoft online exchange 365 account.
I look forward to a solution....
Thanks,
Tomo
Hi Ian,
Thanks for your message.
Can you please reach out to us at trello.com/contact so we can further troubleshoot this with you? We might need to check in on that with Microsoft's team, and it's better if we're all on the same feed.
Thanks so much!

I had the same problem but have just upgraded Outlook for Mac to Version 16.44 and the attachments now go across into the Trello card.

It should be so simple to do as it already exists for IOS. When using the Outlook App on IOS (Iphone in my case), when we Add a Card to Trello, after Due Date there is a final checkbox "Include email attachments".
Why won't you add this checkbox in Outlook 365 add-in???
