Attachments emailed to cards are no longer showing up in the card?

Trello cards have an email address associated with them, and for a long time I have been able to email files to cards. The file attached to the email became a file attached to the card. In the last few days, this seems to have stopped working.

What happened? How can I restore this behavior?

Note that the subject line of the email does come through as a comment on the card, so the email is being received and processed. This is across multiple boards.

Hi there! Images that appear inline in the email but are not actually attached to the email will no longer be attached to the resulting Trello card, although they will appear in the EML file attached to the Trello card.

However, any file that is actually attached to the email should still be added as an attachment to the Trello card.

When you've seen this happen, can you confirm if those were images that appeared in the text of the email or if they were attachments? Attachments would show up as thumbnails at the bottom of the email.

How do you locate the EML file?  I am not able to locate it
