I cannot figure out how to access my rules or automations on the IOS/iPad app for Trello. Can anyone help?

The previous answer is not entirely correct. It is true that you cannot set up Trello automation from the Trello iPad app. However, if you are connected to the internet and can access your Trello boards through Safari then you CAN set up Trello automation from there.
