Automations are not working..

Hello,

My automations in trello board such as "when a card is added to list ".......", add the thumbs up sticker to the card ....." , is not working suddenly and i checked my quota its -->

"Your workspace's quota is 250 automation runs and 2500 operations, of which 105 automation runs (42%) and 221 operations (9%) have been used so far this period. Your workspace was granted a temporary quota increase for this period to automation runs."

so i haven't reached the limit yet.

Also i checked the avtivity log and everything shows to be running correctly. so whats the problem? i am experiencing correct communication issues with my team due to this dysfunction.

I've never heard of that issue before, however somebody reported the same problem as you last year: Link to their post

Somebody from Atlassian's team directly commented beneath the post, saying: "I can confirm you have definitely hit your automation quotas in the workspace 'xxx'. If you need a board to still be able to access automation, you'll need to upgrade this workspace." 

This makes me thing it might be a sync issue and you've actually hit your automation quota? What you could also try is checking if the problem still occurs when you open Trello with another internet browser (maybe it's a browser issue)?

I found then were the problem was. I had enabled the automations but only by me. So then i changed it to done by anyone and it worked correctly till today. Suddenly today they wont work for some reason. I don't open trello through a browser i use the application. I definitely haven't hit my automation quotas , "Your workspace's quota is 250 automation runs and 2500 operations, of which 30 automation runs (12%) and 77 operations (3%) have been used so far this period. Your workspace was granted a temporary quota increase for this period to automation runs." . What's the problem today all of a sudden? :(

Could it be because i added some new labels?

Hi @Stefani 

I'm sorry to hear it's not working again. Unfortunately, it's very difficult for me to say when I don't have access to the system at all. What's the exact error message? If you recently made changes to the labels, it's likely that the issue is there.
